Serendipity & Shutters 8/3/11

Wow, this month has flown by so fast and picture taking and blog writing has taken a back seat. So here it is the beginning of August and we will try again. After I get a little more rested that is. =) For now, here is a picture I took when I went fishing last month, just SOTC(straight out of the camera).

Serendipity & Shutters

This blog has been sorely lacking some attention, so, in an effort to revive it, improve my photography, and capture the little moments of life, I'm going to take at least one picture every day for a month. They probably won't get on here that often, but hopefully regularly. It was a lovely day today and I was happy to capture some of the outdoors.

Unfortunately, I got my finger caught in the deli slicer on Friday and took a nice chunk out. Fortunately, it's healing nicely and hasn't hurt since I bandaged it Saturday morning!

We had quite the storm last night! At 12:30 I heard a crack and looked out my bedroom window to this!
